Drive awareness on student internship programs by showcasing real, relatable student experiences.
3. Strategy
Used a high-retention "Day in the Life" vlog format featuring a real student intern, combined with cross-platform promotion. Utilized collaborative posts on Instagram to expand audience reach to increase awareness of ElevateEdAZ employer partnerships.
4. Results
Established a cross-platform traffic funnel from Instagram to YouTube to drive viewership and monthly audience.
Internship Partner Spotlight Campaign

2. Goal
Spotlight current partners and internships facilitated by ElevateEdAZ. Drive awareness to increase network of internship partners, to increase high school student internship opportunities.
3. Strategy
Due to student privacy requirements, the content strategy centered on highlighting employers and showcasing the impact of their partnership with the organization. By integrating collaborative posts, I expanded our reach across new audiences and strengthened engagement with our partners, their audience, and potential partners.
